From what age is it recommended for children to start karting?
Karting for children can begin as early as 4-6 years old, depending on the child's height, maturity, and desire to participate in sports. The first steps take place in a safe environment, alongside coaches at karting tracks that are adapted for young athletes.
Is it possible to join the TEAM with no karting experience?
Yes, we also invite future team members who do not have experience in karting to join. Karting starts with the basics – familiarization with the equipment, safety rules, and driving principles, and training is adapted individually, so karting and this sport are accessible even to complete beginners.
What is the difference between sport karting and recreational karting?
Competitive karting focuses on consistent improvement, understanding the machinery, and track work, whereas recreational karting is more of a one-off driving experience without the commitment to regular training. Both the tracks and the karts differ: competitive karts are faster and require greater skill to handle.
How does the team prepare to participate in karting competitions?
When karting competitions are on the agenda, preparation begins with training sessions focused on reading the track, tactics, and handling the machinery. Drivers are prepared progressively—moving from basic skills to an understanding of how to conduct themselves at the start, during the race, and in the pre- and post-race periods. This ensures that participating in a tournament is not a chaotic attempt, but a well-considered and safe step in the sport.
How do you know if a karting team is the right choice?
If consistency, a clear direction, and the opportunity to grow in the sport of karting alongside its community are important to you, a karting team is truly an excellent choice.
Do the athletes on the team train with their own equipment?
Drivers can train using the team's equipment and, if desired, switch to their own. Should you plan to purchase your own kart, we would be happy to provide advice on any questions that may arise.
